Sherman Fracher, RYT, has been a professional actress for 25 years. When she
discovered the practice of yoga in 2000 she immediately realized its potential to change her life not just as an actress but also as a human being. After attending teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2003, she became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) recognized by the Yoga Alliance and the Kripalu Yoga Teacher’s Association. Sherman is dedicated to spreading the message of peace and whole-ness that yoga offers to all people.
Matt Eshleman is certified yoga instructor with many years of experience teaching yoga and meditation. Matt holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati, has studied neurology and psychology at the graduate level, and is certified at the highest level by the yoga alliance. Matt has studied many different styles of yoga, ranging from Ashtanga Vinyasa to Yin Yoga. Matt has a strong interest in the philosophical and medical traditions of the East, and is also a student of Aikido. Matt is the owner and operator of YouDoYoga.com, a site dedicated to spreading knowledge of yoga and its benefits. Matt teaches weekly classes at studios, weekend workshops and continuing education seminars, corporate, private, and small group lessons, and is an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State. Anita Eshleman is a co-owner and operator of www.YouDoYoga.com, a site dedicated to spreading knowledge of yoga and its benefits. Anita is a certified yoga teacher with an extensive background in education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Miami University and a Master's degree in Education Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
During her 10 years as an educator, she worked as a teacher and an administrator at the elementary and middle school levels. She currently works in the education realm as a consultant and teaches a variety of yoga classes including Kids Yoga, Core Yoga and conducts weekend yoga workshops. Julianna Bloodgood found yoga after studying dance for 20 years. Her work as an actress has led to a deep curiosity of the human body and it's full potential of expression and creation. Yoga has been her abiding grace over the past 8 years and a constant source of inspiration, comfort, energy and a peace offering a foundation for life. She is honored to be able to share her profound experience with yoga to others and hopes to give all of her students an opportunity to conect to themselves on a deeper level.
