Kripalu Yoga with Sherman
Kripalu Yoga is the yoga of compassion and awareness, developed by Yogi Amrit Desai from the teachings of Swami Kripalu. Kripalu Gentle Yoga gives beginning and less-experienced students a basic knowledge of postural alignment, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. Kripalu Dynamic Yoga takes more experienced students into deeper postures, longer holdings, and more advanced breathwork.
Meditative Vinyasa Flow with Julianna
This class is an introspective flow, moving creatively through the postures paying close attention to breath and alignment. We will explore your personal range of motion, adding awareness of core strength and stabilization, while carefully listening to our bodies. An optional 1/2-hour meditation will be offered after the class.
